Shipping Methods

Within Belgium, our packages are shipped with BPOST. You can choose home delivery or delivery to a BPOST collection point.

We also use BPOST for the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, and France. Home delivery is the only option.

For other countries within Europe, packages are sent with DHL.

Postage costs

Shipping costs depend on the chosen shipping method.

Belgium: €4.95 (delivery to BPOST collection point) or €5.95 (home delivery)

Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and France: €7.95

Other countries within Europe: €12.95 (DHL home delivery)

For orders over €120 we offer free shipping (only valid within Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg)

Processing time

After you place your order, we'll process it within 1-3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

Delivery times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Generally, you can expect delivery times of 3-5 business days.

Please note that during busy periods, such as holidays, delivery times may increase slightly.

International Shipping

We ship internationally! Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. During checkout, you can select your country and view the corresponding shipping costs and delivery times.
